ELEMENTAL Spirit QUUests offer individual spiritual development, group spiritual journeys and adult lifespan rites of passage. Inspired by nature, ancient rituals, sacred practices and psycho-spiritual tools, our facilitators and guides
co-create holy space, time outside of time, to help curate spiritual awakenings for seekers who may have found themselves confused or stuck, wondering and wandering or just curious and questioning the deeper mysteries of life.

It is an honor to co-create sacred experiences and accompany seekers on spiritual journeys
Utilizing some of the most ancient rituals, psycho-spiritual tools and practices in a natural
setting, I create a safe and brave space, in divine time outside of time, to curate spiritual
awakenings, deeper awareness and interconnection of our True nature in sync with the
vibrations of the Universe. I have had the privilege to design and lead individual and group
spiritqUUests for more than 20 years, journeys that facilitate an exploration of our interior
landscape within and as part of the greater cosmos.
I am a Certified Spiritual Director through Meadville Lombard Unitarian Universalist Seminary
and former Program Director for All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Okla. I hold a master’s
degree in Organizational Development, and for the past 15 years have served as a Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion practitioner specializing in anti-oppression, decolonization and liberation. I
am an Arklahoman, born in Fayetteville and raised in Tulsa, I have deep roots in the foothills of
the Ozarks and the ancient forests that border our tallgrass prairies and plains.

As a Spiritual Guide, it is a privilege to offer a gentle and non-judgmental space for those who are curious, stuck, questioning, unsure or wondering about their own meaning, purpose, and alignment. I offer an attentive and affirming presence to those wishing to uncover their most essential selves and move toward a universal understanding of their inherent worth. I seek to be present for all of the mysterious unfurlings of this journey called life.
I am a Tulsa, Oklahoma, native, who has travelled the world, lived abroad, and returned to my roots to raise my family. I am a certified Spiritual Director certified through Meadville Lombard Seminary. I am also the veteran Director of Religious Exploration at the largest Unitarian Universalist Church in the Universe serving infants through elders, creating programs that encourage members to recognize the god of their understanding in the eyes of their neighbors and the everyday miracles that abound all around us.
“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves ….
Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”
― Rainer Maria Rilke
We draw upon the Sources and Principles of Unitarian Universalism.
Our Principles guide us to lift up:
The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth;
A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
The right of conscience;
Peace, liberty, and justice for all;
Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
All with an eye to dismantaling internal systems of oppression through the lens of conscious inclusion as part of our journey toward spiritual wholenesss.
Our Sources:
Direct experience of that transcending mystery and wonder, affirmed in all cultures, which moves us to a renewal of the spirit and an openness to the forces which create and uphold life;
Spiritual teachings of Earth-centered traditions which celebrate the sacred circle of life and instruct us to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature.
Words and deeds of prophetic people which challenge us to confront powers and structures of evil with justice, compassion, and the transforming power of love;
Wisdom from the world's religions which inspires us in our ethical and spiritual life;
Humanist teachings which counsel us to heed the guidance of reason and the results of science.
“He drew a circle that shut me out-
Heretic, rebel, a thing to flout.
But love and I had the wit to win:
We drew a circle and took him In!”
― Edwin Markham
